(a) From and after March 1, 1991, the collector of residential garbage and refuse may charge a maximum fee of nine dollars and seventy-five cents ($9.75) per month for the collection of garbage and refuse from each residential household to whom the collector provides its services. The nine dollars and seventy-five cents ($9.75) monthly charge provided herein shall entitle each residential household to dispose of three twenty-gallon refuse cans per week.
(b) For any residential customer whose garbage and refuse exceeds three twenty gallon refuse cans per week, the charge shall be the amount mutually agreed upon by the collector and the customer. (Ord. 91-19. Passed 3-4-91.)
