Duplicates of delinquent notices to tenants can be sent to the property owner at the property owner’s request. The property owner will be notified by phone or correspondence within three business days of termination of service of a rental unit by the utility office provided the correct property owner information is on file. It is the responsibility of the property owner to insure that the correct contact information is on file in the utility office.
