945.04 FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE INFORMATION.

Information concerning financial assistance shall be printed on the back of the regular monthly bill. Such information contains names and phone numbers of various agencies for the customer needing financial assistance. This list should not be considered a complete list of agencies available.
