(a) Outstanding delinquent bills after the 11th of the month, are reviewed on the first business day following the 11th of the month. Termination of service for outstanding delinquent balances shall be ordered for the next business day following the review.
(b) Services terminated due to nonpayment may be reconnected during regular business hours provided:
(1) The delinquent portion of the account is paid in full.
(2) Reconnect fees are paid in full.
(3) Payment of first amount due on a Partial Payment agreement has been received.
(c) Regular business hours are described as those hours followed by the electric and water departments, respectively. Services terminated due to nonpayment shall not be reconnected after regular business hours.
