Any suspension under this division shall continue until the City Council determines that the financial responsibility requirements of this chapter have again been met. The provisions of §§ 113.24, 113.32, and 113.99 pertaining to civil administrative penalties and prosecution may be imposed in addition to or in lieu of any suspension or revocation under this chapter.
