§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   General. In addition to any penalties contained in this chapter listed above, violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor.

   (B)   Criminal penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, may also in addition to any civil penalty be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, plus the cost of prosecution in any case.
