§ 113.32 GUIDELINES; PENALTIES.
   (A)   At the City Council meeting Tuesday night, the Council adopted the following guidelines for handling future liquor license violations. The Council stressed that these are guidelines only, not a set policy. However, the intention of the Council is to use the following guidelines.

Policy Violation = Increased Checks by Police
 
   (B)   For on-sale licensees, the number of violators involved in each incident will have an impact on the penalty. The term VIOLATOR refers to the number of minors ticketed or sent in as part of a compliance check by the police; it will also include the number of persons on the premises after hours or consuming alcohol after hours.
