§ 110.06 REINSTATEMENT AFTER SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   (A)   Any licensee or permit holder who wishes to have a revoked license or permit reinstated shall appear before the City Council to affirm verbally and in writing that reinstatement of license or permit is desired and that any and all of the reasons for the revocation have been abated and will not be allowed repeat.
   (B)   However, in no case shall any license or permit be reinstated for the sale of beer or intoxicating liquors to a person who is ineligible or to be sold on premises which are ineligible, as defined herein.
   (C)   Reinstatement of any license or permit after temporary suspension shall become automatic at the end of the period designated herein. But in each case, the holder of said license or permit shall advise the Council in writing of his or her intention to abate such actions which caused the suspension.
   (D)   Reinstatement of any license or permit after suspension shall be at the discretion of the City Council and subject to all pertinent and related laws, codes and statutes.

§ 110.07 APPLICATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS TO OTHER CHAPTERS.
   The conditions listed herein and defined as general conditions shall be applicable to every part, chapter and section of this code the same as though they appeared in and were written for each and every separate part.

§ 110.08 ADOPTION OF STATE STATUTES BY REFERENCE.
   Any Minnesota Statutes now existing or hereinafter adopted with reference to the licensing or operation of enterprises requiring licensing is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if such statute appeared in and was written into each and every separate part, except where modified by this code.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO SELL AND TRADE
§ 110.20 EATING AND DRINKING ESTABLISHMENTS.
   (A)   Standards adopted by reference. The standards and provisions of the following are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section as if fully stated and written herein:
      (1)   The National Sanitation Foundation Standards of Commercial Powered Food Preparation Equipment;
      (2)   Food Service Refrigerator and Food Service Storage Freezers;
      (3)   Automatic Ice-Making Equipment and Appurtenances; and
      (4)   Commercial Spray-Type Dishwashing Machines.
   (B)   Licenses required. Any eating or drinking establishment shall be required to obtain and properly display all licenses or permits required by the provisions of this code or by any rule, regulation, requirement or procedure established by an agency of the state having proper jurisdictional authority over the issuance of such licenses or permits.
