§ 93.47  EXCEPTIONS.
   The use of burn barrels (55-gallon drums for outside burning) does not require a burning permit; however, all other provisions of safety must be followed as outlined in § 93.46. In addition, a wire screen must be placed over the top of the barrel to keep blowing sparks and embers in the container.
