149.08 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The City Parks and Recreation Superintendent may promulgate such rules and regulations as he may, acting with the advice and consent of the Parks and Recreation Committee, from time to time, deem appropriate. A copy of such rules and regulations and any amendments thereto shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk prior to their effective date.
