929.06 UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION OR CONNECTION.

No person other than those duly authorized by the City shall construct a sanitary service connecting sewer or connect the same into a main sewer, either directly or indirectly, in any public street, alley, easement or way within the City.
