929.05 PAYMENT NOT TO RELIEVE OWNER FROM MONTHLY SEWER SERVICE CHARGE.

Payment of the fees and charges provided for by this article shall not be construed as relieving any owner, tenant, occupant or lessee of premises served by the City sanitary sewer system from the obligation to pay the monthly service charge in accordance with the rates now in effect, or which may hereafter come into effect.
