For the purposes of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section, unless the context expressly requires a different meaning:
“Commission” means the Municipal Utilities Commission of the City.
“Main sewer” means a sanitary sewer six inches or more in diameter running along a street, alley, easement or way, sometimes referred to in this article as “main”, to which a connecting sewer may be connected.
“Principal improvement” means a structure, the use of which is not customarily incidental to another principal building on the same parcel of land.
“Sanitary service connecting sewer” means a sanitary sewer six inches or less in diameter branching off a main sewer and running in a public street, alley, easement or way to within approximately two feet of the line of the property to be served or other agreed line, sometimes referred to in this article as “connecting sewer”.
