757.31 COLLECTION.

   The City Clerk shall collect any tax, interest and penalties due and unpaid under the provisions of this article by action in debt, assumpsit, motion for judgment, suit or other appropriate proceeding.

   In addition to all other remedies available for the collection of debts due the City, the City Clerk may proceed by foreclosure of the lien provided for in Section 757.32 or by distraint and sale under Section 757.33 of this article.

   Every assessment and every administrative decision which becomes final and conclusive under this article shall constitute judgments and may be collected as judgments are collected.
