For the purposes of Section 731.12 et seq., the following words and phrases shall
have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
(a) "Licensee" means any person engaged in the business of carrying passengers by motor bus for hire from any point in the City.
(b) "License tax" means all taxes, interest or penalties levied under this article.
(c) “Motor bus” means anyone engaged in the business of carrying passengers by motor bus for hire, or one or more motor busses or vehicles commonly called a "bus" from any point within the City.
