The Police Judge of the City shall have authority to issue warrants for all offenses committed within the police jurisdiction of the City. If the Police Judge is unavailable, the Mayor of the City shall have authority to issue warrants for all offenses committed within the police jurisdiction of the City. If both the Police Judge and Mayor are unavailable, the Vice Mayor of the City shall have authority to issue warrants for all offenses committed within the police jurisdiction of the City. If the Police Judge, Mayor and Vice Mayor are unavailable, the City Clerk shall have authority to issue warrants for all offenses committed within the police jurisdiction of the City.
