The City Council may, upon written request from the Commission or the Mayor, or for good cause shown, authorize the transfer of amounts between items of the total appropriations or between funds or accounts. Those members of City Council serving on the Commission shall recuse themselves from voting on the approval of any proposed transfer of amounts by City Council. (Ord. 2005-20. Passed 10-17-05.)
