Members of the Commission, other than the Mayor, shall be compensated at the rate of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per attendance at regular monthly meetings, total compensation per member not to exceed four thousand, eight hundred dollars ($4,800.00) per annum. Each member of the Commission shall be entitled to payment for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of his or her duties.
