149.06 CONSTRUCTION AND ACQUISITION OF RECREATIONAL PROPERTY.

Council may establish, construct, acquire and set aside for recreational parks, playgrounds and other recreational facilities any real or personal property heretofore or hereafter acquired by the City. Such property shall be under the management of the Manager when turned over to the Manager by Council for such purposes.
