149.01 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:

(a) "Department" means the St. Albans Parks and Recreation Department.

(b) "Manager" means the Manager of the City appointed pursuant to the provisions of Article 132. (Ord. 86-14. Passed 8-4-86.)
