Any person found to be guilty of violating any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for first offense, five hundred dollars ($500.00) for second offense and/or thirty (30) days in jail. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
