No person in any residentially zoned district shall open store on any porch, balcony, roof, or in a yard or front yard:
(a) Lumber or other building materials.
(b) Equipment or materials used in the construction trade.
(c) Appliances intended by manufacturer for indoor use.
(d) Indoor furniture or equipment
(e) Junk, litter, rubbish and garbage
(f) Damaged/unsafe outdoor equipment
(g) Storage that causes stagnant water conditions or a fire hazard.
