(a) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this Article may be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be subjected to a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both for each violation with costs imposed at the discretion of the court.
(b) Each day that the violation continues will be a separate offense.
(c) The City of St. Albans may institute injunctive, mandamus or other appropriate action or proceedings of the law to correct violations of this Article or seek temporary or permanent restraining orders, injunctions, mandamus other appropriate forms of relief.
