All electrical wiring, apparatus and appliances, hereafter installed in the City, shall be first inspected and approved by the Building Inspector. No person shall put any such electrical service, apparatus or appliance into use without first obtaining such inspection and approval, and paying the inspection fees charged therefor as set forth in Article 1703.
