It is hereby adopted by reference as fully as if set out verbatim herein, insofar as the same is not inconsistent with the laws of the State or provisions of the Codified Ordinances and other ordinances of the City, specifically including without being limited to the provisions of the BOCA Code as the same has been or may be hereafter adopted by the City, for the purposes of prescribing rules and regulations governing the installation and use of electrical wiring and apparatus within the City, all electrical construction and all material and appliances used in connection with electrical work and the operation of all electrical apparatus within the City, that certain Code known as the "National Electrical Code, 1990 Edition", being the standard of the National Fire Protection Association Electrical Wiring and Apparatus, three copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk.
