§ 18-215 VIOLATIONS.
   Any person, persons, firm, association or corporation or agent thereof, who fails, neglects or refuses to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable under the general penalty clause for this code.
