§ 18-211 DISCHARGE INTO WATERCOURSES RESTRICTED.

No sewage or excreta shall be discharged or deposited into any lake or watercourse, except under conditions specified by the Health Officer and specifically authorized by the state’s Stream Pollution Control Board.
