§ 18-208 OWNER TO PROVIDE DISPOSAL FACILITIES.
   It shall be the duty of the owner of any property upon which facilities for sanitary sewage or human excreta disposal are required by § 18-202 of this chapter, or the agent of the owner to provide such facilities.
