Every person, firm or corporation who operates equipment for the purpose of removing digested sludge from septic tanks, cesspools, privies and other sewage disposal installations on private or public property must register with the Health Officer and furnish such records of work done within the corporate limits as may be deemed necessary by the Health Officer.
