§ 17-214 NUISANCE.

Maintaining refuse in containers other than containers prescribed by this chapter (except by those electing to provide their own disposal as provided in § 17-213 of this chapter) or maintaining garbage or refuse which is allowed to become offensive shall constitute a public nuisance and may be abated in the same manner provided by law for the abatement of public nuisances.
