§ 13-306 PERMIT FEE.
   There is hereby imposed a fee of $50 for the issuance of a permit under this chapter which shall be in such form as the Building Inspector may prescribe. Such license or permit must be displayed in an appropriate place within the building any portion of which is devoted to use as a rooming house or boarding house.
