(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99. (B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 114.01 through 114.09 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100, or by a jail sentence of not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days, or by both fine and imprisonment.
