No person shall sell, exchange, barter, distribute, or keep for sale any intoxicating liquor nor any distilled, fermented, spirituous, vinous, malt beverages, or other beverages containing alcohol, except sacramental wine, without first having obtained a license therefor pursuant to the provision state and/or federal laws.
