(A) All provisions of SDCL § 35-4, “Sale of Beverages,” as amended, pertaining to liquor sales limited to certain hours shall apply for the purposes and intent of this subchapter.
(B) It shall be the duty of the owner or proprietor of such licensed premises or establishment to comply with this section and all provisions of SDCL § 35-4, as amended. The city shall serve or allow to be consumed any alcoholic beverages on the premises covered by the license during any other hours, as per SDCL § 35-4.
