(A) Plans submitted for review and approval for new public or private streets shall comply with Chapter 153, § 403.
(B) As-built plans, when required by the Township Engineer, shall conform to Chapter 153, § 405.
(C) Plans submitted for review and approval for utility openings of a cartway shall conform to Chapter 153, § 403, and shall provide a detail of restoration in conformance with Chapter 153, § 506. Plans submitted for review and approval for utility openings of a right-of-way outside of the cartway shall conform to Chapter 153, § 403 and shall document any changes to the existing drainage within the right-of-way.
