1715.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, or fails to conform to any provision thereof or fails to obey any officer charged with the enforcement of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Each day on which such person continues to violate any provision of this chapter after having been notified of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
