1715.13 TRANSPORTING BOUND ANIMALS PROHIBITED.

No person shall transport any cattle, swine, sheep, lambs, calves or poultry while bound or tied by the legs or bound down in any manner, in any vehicle in the City. Such animals shall be allowed to freely stand in any vehicle while transported and being therein.
