Upon any meat, meat products, meat-food products, fish, game or poultry being found by an inspector in a condition which renders them in his opinion, unwholesome or unfit for use as human food, he is empowered, authorized and directed to immediately condemn the same and cause them to be destroyed or rendered unfit for human food, and to report his action in the prescribed manner to the Chief Dairy and Food Inspector.
