No person shall sell or offer for sale for human food or keep in any market, public or private, in the City, any cased, blown, raised, stuffed, nauseous, putrid, impure, unhealthy or unwholesome meats, meat products, meat-food products, fish, game or poultry or the meat of any animal that may have died of any disease or accident.
