ORDINANCE NO. 60-1991

ADOPTING THE RECODIFICATION OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SPRINGDALE, OHIO, AND ENACTING REVISED SECTIONS OF THE CODE AS THEY APPEAR THEREIN TO COMPLY WITH CHANGES OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.

   BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Springdale, Ohio, six members elected thereto concurring:

   Section 1. That the recodification of the City of Springdale, Ohio that is attached hereto is adopted by the City Council.

   Section 2. That certain sections of the Code as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" within the codified ordinances are adopted. Said revisions are noted adjacent to the present Code sections.

   Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
