§ 36.23 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau or any certified fire safety inspector, on examination or inspection, shall issue orders when he finds conditions as specified in R.C. § 3737.41.
   (B)   The Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau or any certified fire safety inspector, on reasonable belief and after inspection or investigation, shall issue an order to the responsible person for a violation of the Springdale Fire Prevention Code. The order shall fix a reasonable time for abatement of the violation. Each order issued under this division shall be prominently posted by the responsible person, as prescribed by the Ohio Fire Code, at or near each place a violation referred to in the order occurs.
   (C)   Appeals from the order of the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau or from the order of any certified safety inspector shall be had in accordance with §§ 36.31 through 36.35.
   (D)   Nothing in this section shall preclude utilization of any other enforcement procedure or relieve any person, firm, or corporation from any civil or criminal penalty under state law, the Ohio Fire Code, or this Code.
