Hazardous chemicals and other dangerous articles shall be transported in vehicles only on Interstate 275 and Interstate 75, except for deliveries to and pick-up from any other public way or place in the city, but then and only then by the most direct route to and from the place of delivery or pick-up from and to Interstate 275 and Interstate 75. There shall be no other routes used for vehicles transporting hazardous chemicals and other dangerous articles within the city.
