§ 36.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of the Springdale Fire Prevention Code or fails to comply therewith, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order made thereunder, or who shall build in violation of any detailed statement of specifications, or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, shall, for each and every violation and noncompliance respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 36.19 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (C)   The imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue, and all persons shall be required to correct or remedy the violation or defect within a reasonable time or time prescribed in any order issued, whichever is sooner. Further, the imposition of one penalty shall not preclude the enforcement by imposing civil penalties or utilizing any other procedure or remedy available under state law.
   (D)   When not otherwise specified, each day that the prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.
