§ 34.01 COSTS IN MAYOR'S COURT.
   The cost to be taxed in each case in which the defendant is found guilty, in the court of the mayor of the city, is to be set by rule of court by the mayor as part of his administrative responsibilities for the court. Such action taken by the mayor is confirmed and ratified.
