It shall be the duty of the Law Director to perform the following services:
(A) Drafting ordinances and resolutions.
(B) Attending Council meetings.
(C) Assisting in the preparation and publishing of bids.
(D) Attending bid openings.
(E) Counseling and researching legal questions for elected and appointed officials of the City regarding duties of their offices.
(F) Prosecuting City income tax cases.
(G) Prosecuting all traffic and criminal matters in Springdale Mayor's Court.
(H) Provide legal advice for the Police Department.
