§ 31.02 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   For the services listed in § 31.01 the Law Director shall be compensated at a rate as set by Council, payable monthly.
   (B)   Other legal services will be provided as the need is determined by Council and will be compensated on an hourly basis at a rate set by Council.
