§ 131.41 PROHIBITED ACTS.

It is unlawful for any social host to host an event, gathering or party at which underage persons are knowingly permitted or allowed to consume alcoholic beverages, or are knowingly permitted or allowed to possess alcoholic beverages on the premises, whether or not the social host is present on the premises.
