§ 95.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any provision of §§ 95.030 through 95.040 shall be subject to a fine as provided in § 10.99, and/or revocation of excavator’s license for a period of up to 60 days.

   (C)   A violation of § 95.112 shall be a simple misdemeanor.
