§ 95.040 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to effect the purposes of this subchapter, to prepare the permit forms required by this subchapter, to prepare the necessary related forms and to issue such permits in compliance with this subchapter.
