(A) Obstruction of streets, driveways, crossings and sidewalks. It shall be unlawful to join any group of persons on any sidewalk, driveway, crossing or street so as to obstruct the free passage thereon or the passage into any public or private building, place of business or church.
(B) Goods and wares on streets. It shall be unlawful to place upon or allow to be placed upon any sidewalk, street or alley, any goods, wares or merchandise, for sale or show or to suspend the same in any manner over a sidewalk, street or alley so as to interfere in any manner with the free and uninterrupted passage on the sidewalk, street or alley except as otherwise provided in §§ 95.130 through 95.140.
